Questions people ask before they pay
- Who owns the website?
- You own your accounts and the website files I create for you. Third-party parts like themes, fonts, plugins, and stock photos keep their own licenses.
- Is hosting included?
- No. Hosting, domains, and paid software are separate unless a written quote says otherwise.
- Can you connect my scheduling or booking app?
- Right now I connect web inquiries to your email and booking requests to Google Calendar. Other apps I check case by case, and I’ll tell you after I look at your setup. Connections beyond the one contact form are quoted after review.
- Is the review free?
- Yes. I look at your site and tell you what I’d fix and what it would cost. You decide whether to go ahead.
- What if I need help fast?
- Support is scheduled, and requests are handled during business hours, Monday–Saturday 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and Sunday noon–5 p.m. Eastern. This isn’t an emergency service.
- Do you guarantee more calls or better rankings?
- No. I don’t promise rankings, leads, revenue, uptime, or security outcomes. I make sure your website is accurate and that requests reach you.
