Privacy Policy

Made Clear Digital collects as little information as possible, and only what is needed to answer an inquiry and determine which service, if any, is an appropriate fit.

What this site collects

When you submit the contact form, your browser sends the inquiry to Formspree so it can be delivered to Made Clear Digital. The inquiry can include:

• Your name and business name
• Your email address, and your phone number if you choose to provide it
• The website address you would like reviewed, if you have one
• What you tell me needs help

The form does not ask for passwords, website credentials, payment details, customer records, or any other sensitive information, and none of those are needed to begin a conversation. Please do not send them through this form.

How that information is used

Submissions are used to reply to you, to discuss the service, and to establish scope if you decide to move forward. That is the whole purpose. Your information is not sold, rented, or traded, and it is not used to send marketing unrelated to the inquiry you made.

Who else can see it

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, the service used to receive and deliver website inquiries. Formspree and the email provider used by Made Clear Digital may process the information as needed to provide those services.

Tracking, cookies, and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising pixels, and uses no analytics or visitor-tracking scripts.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that ordinary request. When you submit the contact form, your browser also contacts Formspree to process the inquiry.

How long information is kept

Inquiry emails and associated submission records are kept for as long as they are useful for correspondence and business records. You can ask for your inquiry and contact details to be deleted at any time by emailing dondrell@madecleardigital.com, and they will be removed from active records where reasonably possible.

If you call instead

You can reach Made Clear Digital by phone at (804) 592-1715. Calls are not recorded. Any notes kept from a call are limited to what is needed to follow up on your inquiry and are treated the same way as an emailed inquiry.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Reasonable care is taken with the information you send, though no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and managers. It is not directed at children, and information is not knowingly collected from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
