Terms of Use

These terms describe how this website may be used and what the Fix (Digital Cleanup), Build & Connect, and Care services do and do not include. They are written to set expectations clearly before anyone spends money or time.

This website is informational

Everything on this site describes a service. Nothing on it forms a contract, and submitting the contact form does not create a service agreement. Work begins only after scope is confirmed in writing and both sides agree to it.

The services

The initial website review is free and does not commit you to any work.

Fix: Digital Cleanup is a $450 introductory fixed price, set after a review of the existing website. It covers correction of an agreed written list of minor website issues. It does not include a redesign or unlimited corrections. Larger tune-ups are quoted separately.

Build & Connect website builds start at $2,500. A typical starting scope is up to five core pages, a mobile layout, one contact form, basic page titles and descriptions, an agreed launch setup, and two consolidated revision rounds. Additional business-tool connections are quoted after review. A full CRM implementation is not included in the starting price.

The exact scope, price, timeline, and payment schedule for each project are stated in a written scope before work begins. As a general guide, a Digital Cleanup typically takes about 3 to 7 days and a Build & Connect project typically takes 7 days to 3 weeks; these are estimates, not guarantees, and the written scope gives a closer estimate. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any additional work is done.

Care

Care starts at $149 per month and begins after a signed scope of work agreement. It includes one scheduled monthly check, routine platform updates and backups where they apply to the site’s setup, up to 30 minutes of small content edits, and a short completion note. Edit time does not roll over. Inherited sites or added integrations may need paid onboarding or a different quote.

Care is month-to-month. Cancel before the next renewal. There is no minimum contract term.

Hosting, domains, and paid software are separate unless a written quote says otherwise.

Care does not include new websites or major redesigns, new pages or substantial new functionality, paid advertising, social media management, ongoing SEO campaigns, custom software, online stores, complex integrations, professional photography or video, brand identity work, or third-party subscriptions, plugins, or software fees.

Support

Support is scheduled, and requests are handled during business hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m. Eastern time. Made Clear Digital does not provide emergency service.

Approval before changes

Proposed corrections are presented for your review, and substantive changes are published only after you approve them.

Business facts come from you

Hours, phone numbers, services, service areas, and other business details are supplied and confirmed by the client. Made Clear Digital corrects a website to match the facts you provide and approve, and is not responsible for information that turns out to be inaccurate at the source.

Access and platform limits

Some corrections depend on the platform a website is built on and the access available. Where a change cannot be made directly, it is documented and handed over as clear instructions instead.

No guaranteed outcomes

The deliverable is an accurate, understandable, easier-to-act-on website. No search rankings, traffic levels, phone calls, leads, bookings, revenue figures, uptime, or security outcomes are promised, predicted, or guaranteed.

Examples shown on this site

The sample work orders, sample notes, and before-and-after examples on this site use a fictional business and are labelled as samples. They are created to explain the service. They do not depict client software, client websites, client results, or any real business.

Credentials

Do not send passwords or website credentials through the public contact form. If access is needed for a project, it is arranged securely after scope is agreed.

Ownership

Clients own their accounts and the website assets created for them, subject to the licenses of any third-party themes, fonts, plugins, images, or software. The text and design of this site belong to Made Clear Digital.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one posted on this page, dated at the top.
